摘要：人居环境和工业经济发展分别代表人们物质文化生活质量和区域经济发展水平的重要指标之一，协调好生活环境与生产经济是提高人们生活水平和区域经济的重要举措。本文基于2008-2017年哈尔滨市的工业经济发展和人居环境的23个指标数据，使用b值法计算权重并构建工业经济发展与人居环境的耦合协调度模型，实证研究二者之间的耦合协调性。研究表明：(1)工业经济发展与人居环境的耦合度总体为较高水平，经历高水平、磨合和拮抗耦合三个阶段，中间年份的耦合度，型”。(2)耦合协调度在整体上呈逐年协调的趋势，2008-2016年耦合协调度从失调到协调，呈现严重失调、中度调、勉强协调、初级协调、中级协调型。研究人居环境与工业经济的协调发展区域经济总值和提高人们的生活幸福指数重要用。

Research on the Coupling Coordination Degree between Industrial Economic Development and Human Settlement Environment
------Take Harbin as an Example

Abstract：Living environment and industrial economic development respectively represent one of the important indicators of people's material and cultural life and regional economic development level. Coordinating living environment and production economy is an important measure to improve
people's living standard and regional economy.Based on the data of23indicators of industrial economic development and human settlement environment in Harbin from2008to2017,this paper USES entropy method to calculate weights and construct the coupling coordination degree model of industrial economic development and human settlement environment,so as to conduct empirical research on the coupling coordination between them.The research shows that:(1)the coupling degree between industrial economic development and human living environment is generally at a high level,experiencing three stages of high level,run-in and antagonistic coupling,and the coupling degree in the middle years presents a"wavy pattern".
(2)As a whole,the degree of coupling coordination shows a trend of coordination year by year.From2008to2016,the degree of coupling coordination changes from disorder to coordination, showing five types:severe disorder,moderate disorder,reluctant coordination,primary coordination and intermediate coordination. The research on the coordinated development of human settlement environment and industrial economy plays an important role in increasing the total value of regional economy and improving people's life happiness index.
