Trademark Agency Registration Contract。
This Trademark Agency Registration Contract (the “Contract”) is entered into as of [Date] by and between [Trademark Owner], with an address at [Address] (the “Owner”), and [Trademark Agency], with an address at [Address] (the “Agency”).
1. Appointment of Agency。

3. Obligations of the Owner。
The Owner agrees to provide the Agency with all necessary information and materials related to the Owner’s trademarks, including but not limited to specimens of use, descriptions of goods and services, and any other documentation required for the registration and protection of the Owner’s trademarks in [Jurisdiction]. The Owner also agrees to promptly respond to any requests for information or instructions from the Agency.
4. Obligations of the Agency。
The Agency agrees to perform the services described in Section 2 with reasonable care and skill, and to keep the Owner informed of the status of the Owner’s trademarks in [Jurisdiction]. The Agency further agrees to promptly notify the Owner of any developments or communications from the trademark office in [Jurisdiction] that may affect the registration or protection of the Owner’s trademarks.
5. Compensation。
In consideration for the services provided by the Agency, the Owner agrees to pay the Age
