斩波器 摘要:目的;通过比较硫酸苯酚法和硫酸蒽酮法在测定三七多糖时的优劣性,建立更准确的三七多糖含量测定检测方法,为三七、三七剪口的多糖质量评价提供依据。方法;依次用80%乙醇和纯水提取三七药材,水提部分得到三七多糖,对所得多糖采用硫酸-苯酚法和硫酸-蒽酮法分别测量三七粗多糖的含量。结果;从精密度的角度来看,苯酚硫酸法较蒽酮硫酸法可靠(RSD=0.419<3.66)。从回收率的角度来看,使用苯酚硫酸法测定时,回收率更高(98.06>97.60)。结论;苯酚硫酸法为更准确测定三七粗多糖含量的检测方法,此外,苯酚硫酸法还具有操作更简便、安全、快捷等优点。 关键词:三七粗多糖;硫酸苯酚法;硫酸蒽酮法;含量测定

s of Panax notoginseng were extracted with 80% ethanol and pure water in sequence, and the polysaccharides of Panax notoginseng were obtained by water extraction.;The content of crude polysaccharides of Panax notoginseng was measured by the sulfuric acid-phenol method and the sulfuric acid-anthrone method.;Results: From a precision point of view, the phenol sulfuric acid method was more reliable than the anthrone sulfuric acid method (RSD=0.419<3.66).;From the perspective of recovery rate, the recovery rate is higher when the phenol sulfuric acid method was used for determination (98.06>97.60).;Conclusion: The phenol-sulfuric acid method is a more accurate method to determine the content of the crude polysaccharides of Panax notoginseng.;In addition, the phenol-sulfuric acid method is easier to operate, and safer and faster.施丹丽>埃舍尔的矛盾空间
