电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定金矿石中的金

        摘 要:金礦石基体成分复杂,金的含量较低,分析时需要大称样量(≧20g),分析周
期长,干扰因素多,本文采用逆王水硝化或焙烧、50%王水溶解、2%HNO3为介质、Rh作内标,基体浓度小于1mg/mL,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定金矿石中的金的方法。试验了稀释因子100~2000时的强度干扰情况,验证了内标加入方式(离线加入法和在线加入法)对分析误差的影响,最终确定稀释因子1000、离线内标加入法可取得较好结果,方法检出限为0.04µg/g,回收率为98%~103%,测的结果与原子吸收分光光度法和传统容量法一致,能够满足地质矿的要求。

2% HNO3 as medium and Rh as internal standard, and the matrix concentration is less than 1 mg/mL. The intensity interference of dilution factor 100~2000 was tested, and the influence of internal standard addition (off-line addition method and on-line addition method) on the analysis error was verified. A good result can be obtained by adding sub1000 and off-line internal standard. The detection limit the method is 0.04µg/g, the recovery rate is 98~103%. The results are consistent with atomic absorption spectrophotometry and traditional capacity method, and can meet the requirements of geological prospecting.
