Description
Alumina (Al2O3)
Al2O3 offers best price-performance ratio and sufficient thermal and mechanical properties for the most common applications. The most widely used and best-known fine ceramic material. Good mechanical strength, electrical insulation, high-frequency loss, thermal conductivity, and resistance to heat, wear and corrosion.
Aluminium Nitride(AlN)
AlN combines excellent thermal conductivity with good mechanical stability.
Beryllium oxide (BeO)
Beryllium oxide (BeO), is also commonly referred to as beryllia. It is produced as a white amorphous powder and sintered into larger shapes. BeO ceramic is utilized for its proven superior properties and its cost effectiveness unmatched by aluminum nitride, aluminum oxide, boron nitride, silicon carbide or any ceramic.
Silicon nitride (Si3N4)
Si3N4 ceramics are used in applications where a long lifetime, high power density, and robustness are required.

1.2.3 Alumina (Al2O3)
In 2016, the Alumina (Al2O3) production was XX and the market share was XX%, and it will be XX and XX% in 2022, with a CAGR XX% from 2016 to 2022.
Al2O3 substrate is the most popular ceramic substrate, with excellent heat resistance, high mechnical strength, abrasion resistance and small dielectric loss. The surface of alumina substrate is quite smooth and low porosity, 99.6% alumina substrate is suitable for thin film device, 96% alumina substrate is suitable for thick film device application.
