ＨＰＬＣ法测定消旋山莨菪碱合剂中主药的含量作者：范义凤 李德明 徐 新来源：《中国医药导报》2008江杨清年第05期 [摘要] 目的：建立消旋山莨菪碱合剂中消旋山莨菪碱含量测定的高效液相谱法财产继承权(HPLC法)。方法：采用HPLC法，谱柱为瑞士Spherigel C18（150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm岩矿分析与鉴定），流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸二氢钾(22∶78)；流速为1.0 ml/min；紫外检测波长为217 nm。结果：山莨菪碱溶液的浓度在20.0~80.0 μg/ml范围内和峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4)；平均回收率为100.4%，RSD为0.27%。结论：本法简便、快速、准确、灵敏，可用于消旋山莨菪碱合剂的质量控制。

Content determination of Raceanisodamine Mixture by HPLC

[Abstract] Objective:To develop high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the content determination of raceanisodamine in Raceanisodamine Mixture. Methods:HPLC was adopted with Spherigel C18(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column. An aqueous solution containing Methamol-0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate(22∶78). Flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detective wavelength was 217 nm. Results:The linear range of raceanisodamine was 20.0~80.0 μg/ml (r=0.999 4). The average recovery was 100.4% with RSD of 0.27%. Conclusion:This method is easy, fast, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Raceanisodamine Mixture.
