Abstract:An high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of b
etaine was built up. The Supersil SCX 5μm high performance liquid chromatography column was selected,the column was set at 40℃,using 0.01mol/L ammonium formate methanol∶water 85∶15(v/v) solution as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The results showed that the method has a good linear relationship and high sensitivity,y=108284x-23952,R2=0.9994,the recovery rate between 99.45%-100.63%.This method provided a fast and efficient for determination of betaine,which was sensitive repeatable and easy to use.
