一 概述

E.WPV-1000-420汽封管道疏水器，是我公司在多年实践的基础上，针对电厂的汽轮机和石化、化工、冶金、轻纺等行业中蒸汽输送过程中出现的疏水器寿命短、疏水的同时也排汽、造成能源大量浪费的现象研制开发的一种节能装置。

The steam traps used in steam turbines of the power generating stationings and steam transmission processes in petrochemical industry, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, light and textile industry etc. have short life cycles and cause great energy losses due to steam escaping along with water discharging.
我公司的汽封管道疏水器装置适用于中温低压蒸汽系统的系列化产品，其特点是，使用寿命长（平均使用寿命在5~10年），只疏水不排汽，排出的热水还可回用，大大节省了水、电、汽的消耗。单乙醇胺
The vapor seal steam trap for pipe of our company are serialized products being suitable for HTHP vapour system and they have the features of long life ( average service life is 5 ~ 10 years) , discharging water only, no steam escaping, and the discharged hot water can be recycled as well, thus reduces consumption of water, power and steam
greatly.
我公司的汽封管道疏水器装置，由水袋积水筒、液位控制器和疏水阀三部分组成，既可实行基地式自动调节，又可通过DCS控制系统进行控制。控制阀带有阀位显示和远传，阀内件均采用410材料，克服了疏水过程中的气蚀和闪蒸破坏，延长了阀的使用寿命，阀门上还带有手动操作机构。液位控制器为高温磁性翻板液位计，便于直接观察，同时带有液位报警，以确保安全运行。 The vapor seal steam trap for pipe of our company is composed of 3 parts, i.e., water pocket accumulation pot, liquid level controller and drain valve, it cancarry out the field mounted automatic regulating or be controlled by DCS control system. The control valve is equipped with valve position indication and remote transmitting. For all the internal components of the valve, 410 material, being high temperature resistant, is adopted to overcome the cavitation corrosion and flashing steam during water discharging and to prolong the service life of the valve. Manual operation mechanism is equipped as well on the valve. The liquid level controller is a high temperature magnetic flap liquid level meter. It's easy to be observed directly and the level alarm is equipped to insure the safe operation.

E.WPV-1000-420汽封管道疏水器主要由水袋积水筒、液位控制器和气动疏水阀组成。
E.WPV - 1000 - 420 vapor seal steam trap for pipe is principally composed of water pocket accumulating pot, liquid level controller and pneumatic drain valve.
◇工作原理
◇ Operational principle
协作学习液位控制器：高温磁翻板液位计带有高水位和标准水位两个传感器.当达到标准水位时，标准水位传感器输出开阀信号，打开气动疏水阀及时疏水至磁翻板液位计显示“0”，疏水时间的长短由时间电子继电器实地设定（出厂设置为3秒），以满足不同工况下的疏水要求。当标准水位传感器出现故障时，水位到达高水位，高水位传感器发出报警信号要求检修标准水位传感器，同时打开气动疏水阀疏水. Liquid level controller: High temperature magnetic flap liquid level meter is equipped with two sensors, e.g. for high level and standard level. When coming up to standard water level, the standard water level sensor sends an opening valve signal to open the pneumatic drain valve discharging water in time till the magnetic flap liquid level meter indicates "0" level. How long of the drain time could be set by electronic relay on the spot（default factory setting is 3 seconds）to meet the drain requirements under different working conditions. If the standard water level sensor is failed and the water level arrives high level, the high level
sensor will send alarm signal to call for maintaining service of the standard water level sensor and open the pneumatic drain valve to drain at the same time.
