1、施工工艺控制要点 Control Essentials for Construction Procedures
本施工工艺主要控制的关键环节:定位放线、模板拆装、预埋件安装、混凝土浇筑、混凝土养护、箱型地下室的渗漏、大体积混凝土的温控措施。
Principally controlled critical parts of the construction procedures: position-setting & setting-out, dismantling & installing of formwork, installing of embedded parts, casting of concrete, curing of concrete, seepage of box basement and bulk-mass concrete’s temperature control measures.
1.1定位控制 Controlling of Position-Fixing
测量放线是保证基础结构外形尺寸满足设计要求的前提,一旦出现问题将造成较大事故。为此,在施工过程中应重点控制:
Measuring & setting-out is the premise that ensures the external dimensions of foundation structures to satisfy the designing requirements, so there will be accidents if any problems occur; therefore, close attention should be paid to control this in the process of construction:
1.2模板拆装 Dismantling & Installing of Formwork
模板拆装工艺是影响基础截面尺寸、保证基础边角顺直、表面平整的重要因素:
The procedure of dismantling & installing formwork is the important factor that affects foundation sectional dimension, and ensures foundation corners straight and surface smooth.

1.3基础混凝土浇筑、养护 Casting and Curing of Foundation Concrete

  基础棱角常常遭到机械碰撞,采用木模板制作包角是目前较为简单可行的方案。The foundation edge angles always suffer form machinery collision, and that adopting wooden formwork to make cornerite is comparatively simple and feasible scheme at present.

i混凝土板墙模板拼缝顺直,螺栓眼成排成线  ii大体积混凝土模板拼缝规则,棱角方正无裂纹

i. The edge joints of concrete siding wall formwork are straight; bolts holes are in rows and in lines; ii. The edge joints of bulk-mass concrete formwork are regular, and the edge angle is upright & foursquare and there is no crackle; iii. The foundation protection is in good condition; iv. The foundation surface is smooth and there is no aberration, and the edge angle is upright and foursquare.

1、施工工艺控制要点Controlling Essentials of Construction Technology
主要控制的关键环节:原材料矫正、下料后边角的修整打磨、钢桁架起拱、螺栓孔排列整齐规则、组装焊接过程中变形控制与校正、交叉管材接口放样切割马蹄口后才能焊接。
