The Policeman and the Thief
One day the policeman, John, was asked to take the thief, Jack, to the city police station. On their敌对势力

he told this story to the other policemen. All the others were very angry and he was unhappy.
All the police of the town began to look for the thief and the thief was caught very soon. The
officer asked John to take the thief to the city police station again. On their way, they came to the
same shop. The thief said to John, “I’ll go into this shop again and buy some bread.” “No,” said John. “You did that once and you ran away. This time, I’ll go into the shop and buy
some bread, and you must wait for me here.”
