B. "U.S. Currency" means the currency of the United States of America freely transferable from and payable to an external account.

CLAUSE 6: BONUS & PENALTY

1) Fe:63.5 %
(A) FE: If Fe content is over 63.5% (sixty three point five) a Fe premium should be calculated at
USD 0.261 Per DMT of Fe content for each 1% over 63.5%.

(B) If Fe content is below (sixty-three point five) 63.5% but over (sixty-two) 62%, a penalty should
be calculated at USD 0.522 per DMT of Fe content for each 1% below 63.5%.

(C) But the buyer have the right to reject the cargo if Fe content is below (sixty two) 62%

2) SIZE: If a shipment does not meet the physical specification provided in Article 4, the total amount for such shipment shall be decreased by

3) IMPURITIES: If the composition of ore is respect of Alumina (AL203), Silica (SI02), Sulphur (S),
Phosphorous (P) exceeds the guaranteed maximum as set forth in Paragraph in Article 4 for the
shipment, the Buyer shall accept such delivery of ore by imposing penalties provides below,

4) Moisture Content: In the event that the free moisture loss at 105 degrees Centigrade exceeds

freight cost for the corresponding quantity of the excess moisture over the maximum calculated
on the basis of the final wet weight, as set forth in of Article 12 Paragraph 2).
