摘要：存货作为一种流动资产，占据着流动资金的份额。一般来说，存货会占到服装企业总资产的30%左右。存货的管理利用是否高效，会直接影响到企业的资金占用率和企业运作效率。因此，企业想要提高自身的盈利水平、为了避免库存成本高，对库存的管理必须重点管理。然而管理水平的不用直接影响企业的资金占用程度的多少。企业选用高效的管理方案，降低企业的整体库存资金的占用，加快存货和总资金在企业的周转速度，使企业能健康的运行和发展，同时企业的供应链的管理水平也能提高。 相比于同行业的服装企业，在电子商务快速发展的过程中森马面临巨大的问题线上网点和线下实体店业务冲突，更加不利的是森马的线下加盟收入占比较大，两者之间的矛盾尤为突出。“如果线上、线下实体店的产品一模一样，也就是说两者之间的盈利是相互排斥的，因此线下商家对线上产品比较抵触”。森马2017年的财务报告中显示，总盈利为120.28亿元，与2016年相比增长12.76%。但是，归属于上市公司的净利润却与2016年相比下降了21.63%。对此，森马方面表示，加大研发投入、过季存货量的增加以及发展电商业务消耗的费用的增加。与此同时，下半年为了确保线下商家的利益，将线上产品确定为库存清理的方式，转变
了线上产品的经营方式。调研发现，线上产品的百分之六十到六十五均为往年款式，其余的新品也与线下商家不同。

随着目前经济全球化发展进程不断加快，服装行业在这个过程当中竞争力不断增强，由于对于服装行业来讲，需求变动较快，并且时效性等较强，因此这些特点会导致整个服装行业当中库存量较大。现下，人们越来越重视服饰的品牌和质量，但是这也给服装行业的发展带来了更多的危机，目前在服装库存管理方面还有越来越多的问题发生，企业单一的库存管理模式无法使企业库存得到有效地利用，以往的库存管理方法已经不能满足当前的市场发展需求，因此就产生了供应链库存管理这样的一种新型模式。
和其他服装企业相同，森马服饰在近几年来电子商务发展过程当中也面临了诸多的问题，同时加盟渠道对于森马企业来说是占比收入占比最高的。这两者之间的矛盾尤为突出。在2017年的财报中，森马服饰归属于上市公司的净利润，与2016年相比下降了21.63%，其净利润降低的主要原因是加大研发投入、过季存货量的增加以及电商业务发展，致使销售费用增加。因此，森马必须实施有效的库存管理模式，降低企业的存货成本，提高企业的盈利能力，更好地适应市场需求的变化。

任正非一江春水向东流我国的劳动密集性产业众多，服装行业作为其中的一部分，依靠低劳动力成本生产服饰尤为重要，然而随着劳动力成本的提高，库存管理的竞争是未来的趋势。所以库存管理成为企业提高经济效益、完善供应链结构的必然选择。
在国际经济形势和新型的商业模式发展这多方面影响之下，国内大部分服装企业库存方面有着更高的压力。运动服饰被挤压的库存比较多，但现在直接库存危机蔓延至其他衣物，特别是休闲装。所以就要不断的加强在服装库存方面的管理和控制，这样能够使该行业在库存管理方面拥有较高的水平，这也是对每个企业生产是至关重要的。
