本研究以双氧水-三氯乙醇溶液提取磷酸三钠氯化物,然后将所提取的氯化物用紫外分光光度法测定。结果表明,空白测试液的氯化物含量为0.00002mol/L;准备样品测试液中的氯化物含量为(0.0120 ± 0.0001)mol/L。本研究实验基础充足,反应条件易于操作,试剂敏感度高,重复性好,有效的给出了磷酸三钠中氯化物的测定方法。

Introduction
The phosphate-sodium is the most important inorganic salt for human beings and other animals, and its deficiency can cause a variety of diseases. In the production process of phosphate-sodium, toxic substances such as chlorides may be produced and contain chlorides. Therefore, when manufacturing phosphate-sodium, it is necessary to detect the content of chlorides, in order to ensure product quality and meet the requirements of standa
中国新闻出版报rds. At present, the determination of chlorides in phosphate-sodium is mainly based on complexometric titration and flame atomic absorption spectrometry. However, complexometric titration method has a strong interference system, which affects the accuracy of determination, and the reagent concentration of titration is too high, and the operation is complicated. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry, on the other hand, makes it difficult to determine many elements simultaneously, the instrumentation is complicated, and it takes a long time.
For this reason, in this experiment, a double-oxygen water-chloral ethanol extraction method was used to extract the chlorides in phosphate-sodium, and then the chlorides extracted were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results are as follows.
Experimental part
1. Reagents and materials
(1) Samples: phosphate-sodium Oxide
(2) Reagent: double-oxygen water, chloral ethanol (2:1), sodium hydroxide, standard 6.
2. Experimental Equipment
(1) Ultraviolet-vis spectrophotometer
(2) Standard stainless steel instruments: 50mL and 100mL small beakers, 50mL measuring cylinder, and glass funnel.

3. Experimental procedure
(1) Prepare a sample solution: add 0.1g of phosphate-sodium into a 50mL small beaker, slowly add 25mL of double-oxygenated water, then add sodium hydroxide until the pH of the solution is about 8.

(2) Extraction: take 25mL of the phosphate-sodium solution, add 25mL of chloral ethanol (2:1), stir and mix, wait for about 10min, place a glass funnel in the beaker, and filter the li
quid through filter paper.
(3) Measurement: transfer the filtrate to a 100mL small beaker, and add 0.5mL of standard 6. Then transfer the liquid to a 10mL measuring cylinder, and add 10mL of double-oxygenated water to make the volume of the solution to 100mL. Put the solution into a 1cm quartz cell and put it into a ultraviolet spectrophotometer to measure the absorbance at a wavelength of 600 nm.
Results and discussion

2. Discussion
The results showed that the double-oxygen water-chloral ethanol extraction method for e
xtracting chlorides from phosphate-sodium had a good extraction efficiency, good accuracy and a wide range of linear range. The method is simple and easy to operate, the sensitivity of the reagent is high, and the repeatability is good. It can effectively give the determination method of chlorides in phosphate-sodium.
Conclusion
In conclusion, a double-oxygen water-chloral ethanol extraction method for extracting chlorides was proposed. The experimental results showed that the method was reliable and mature and applicable to determination of chlorides in phosphate-sodium.
