长阳灭门惨案目的探讨早期集束化策略在脑外伤为主多发伤的一体化救治中的应用效果。方法选择2013年4月～2016年1月我院收治的52例脑外伤为主多发伤患者作为研究对象，根据方法的不同分为对照组和观察组，各26例。对照组患者行常规急救，观察组患者行早期集束化急救。比较两组患者前后各项指标变化情况、Fugl-Meyer运动功能（FMA评分）、功能独立性评分（FM评分）、格拉斯哥昏迷指数（GCS评分）、不良事件发生率。结果观察组1、24 h时的PaO2、PaCO2、PaO2/FiO2、Hb水平均显著高于同时期对照组（P＜0.05），观察组1、24 h时的Lac水平均显著低于同时期对照组（P＜0.05）。后2 个月，两组FMA评分、FM评分和GCS评分均有显著改善（P＜0.05）；后2个月时观察组患者FMA评分、FM评分和GCS评分分别显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者期间不良事件发生率显著低于对照组（11.54% vs. 50.00%，P＜0.05）。结论早期集束化急救能够有效改善脑外伤为主多发伤患者的血流动力学、运动功能，提高意识，降低不良事件发生率，可在临床上推广应用。
