摘要:目的爱的拐点 建立和发展起利用紫外-可见分光光度计来测量有毒禁用重金属含量的体系,以期达到在化妆品行业中简单、便捷地利用紫外-分光光度计准确地测量有毒禁用重金属含量的目标。方法空山鸟语郭枫 通过紫外-分光光度计全波段扫描筛选合适的显剂,同时优化显剂用量、溶液pH值和显时间等,筛选出最佳的测量条件,对实际样品进行检测以及归纳总结实验结果。结果 通过实验筛选出4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚做为与重金属络合的显剂,在pH=9.18的四硼酸钠缓冲体系且4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚的浓度在10mg/kg时,可以运用紫外分光光度法对含量在0~2.7mg/kg的重金属铅进行测量,r值为0.9950。结论 通过显剂的筛选和最终测量条件的确认,对实际样品进行测量,达到简单、便捷地利用紫外-分光光度计准确地测量铅这个有毒禁用重金属含量的目的,方便更多中小型生产企业或测量单位实时地跟踪监测化妆品原料和成品中有毒禁用重金属铅的含量,同时也可以考量该种重金属含量检测方法在中药行业对有毒禁用重金属的检测

UV-Visible SpectropHotometric Determination of Toxic Heavy Metals in Cosmetics
Abstract: ObjectiveTo establish and develop a system for measuring the contents of toxic banned heavy metals (mercury, lead, arsenic, and cadmium) using a UV-visible spectrophotometer in order to achieve a simple and convenient method of accurate measuring the contents of toxic banned heavy metals. MethodsThe appropriate color reagents were selected through UV-spectrophotometer full-band scanning. At the same time, the amount of chromogenic reagents, solution pH value and color rendering time were optimized. The best measurement conditions were selected. The actual samples were detected and summarized. ResultsThe 4-(2-pyridylazo)resorcinol was selected as a color reagent complexed with heavy metals by experiments. Furthermore,the measurement protocol can track and monitor the content of toxic heavy metal lead in cosmetics raw materials and finished products in real time. At the same time, it can also consider the detection method of toxic heavy metals in the Chinese medicine industry.
