木质素磺酸主要来源于造纸工业的副产物(造纸黑液),是一种含有磺酸基团的高度交联的多酚类聚合物[1]。近年来,木质素磺酸已经成为生物质领域的研究热点[2]。本研究以木质素磺酸作为一种绿可回收的固
体酸催化剂在无溶剂条件下催化一些多组分的反应,例如:合成氧杂蒽类化合物、酰胺烷基萘酚类化合物、Hantzsch反应、和Strecker反应。实验表明,该催化剂能够多次循环使用并且催化活性没有明显降低。该研究为木质素磺酸的综合利用提供一种新的途径,具有工业应用前景。

Lignosulfonic acid (LSA) is a highly cross-linked polyphenolic polymer containing sulfonic acid groups, which obtained as a byproduct from the paper industry (black liquor). In the recent years, the study of LSA has become a hot topic of biomass research. In this work, we found that LSA could be used as a green and retrievable solid acid catalyst for many multicomponent reactions under solvent-free condition, such as synthesis of benzoxanthene and amidoalkyl naphthols, and other important multicomponent reactions such as Hantzsch and Strecker reaction. The experimental results show that the as synthesized acid catalyst could be used in several reaction cycles without apparent loss of catalytic activity. This work provided a new route to rational utilization of LSA, which may hold a great potential in industrial application.舒曼计划
