摘 ;;;;;要:介绍了目前国内外不同沸腾床渣油加氢技术特点及应用现状,就困扰装置长周期稳定运转的因素进行了分析,渣油在深度转化过程中因体系分相而造成的结焦是导致装置无法长周期运转的核心因素。综述了国内外技术专利商为解决上述问题所开发的措施,涉及工艺条件、工程设计、换热流程、设备选型、测量仪表、催化剂助剂、高芳烃稀释油注入等内容,并对这些措施的应用原理及实施效果进行简介。

Abstract: The characteristics and application of different ebullated bed residue hydrotreating technologies at home and abroad were introduced, and the factors affecting the long-term stable operation of the device were analyzed. It was found that the coking of residual oil caused by phase separation in the process of deep conversion was the core factor causing the failure of long cycle operation of the device. In view of this factor, the measures developed by domestic and foreign patent manufacturers to solve
the above problems were summarized, including process conditions, engineering design, heat exchange process, equipment selection, measuring instrument, catalyst additives, high aromatic diluted oil injection, etc., and the application principle and implementation effect of these measures were also introduced.
