DN/CM Policy
美乳人体To have effective operation, you are allowed to issue C/M & D/N to our customers, suppliers, or others. The reason to use C/M & D/N is to have keep record for tracking the occurred cost during development and production period with customers, suppliers, or others. After accounting executive received the issued C/M & D/N, the accounting dept. will pay off and collect the agreed amount from both customers and suppliers.
1. Four required conditions ought to be needed for opening C/M and D/N: (1) the party needs to have direct business with Trullion; (2) for D/N, our accounting dept. has sufficient A/P amount to cover this D/N; (3) the agreement of both parties; and (4) no oral contract will be recognized. A writing agreement or notice is need for issuing C/M & D/N number.
2. The Credit Memo (C/M) and Debit Note (D/N) number is controlled by our accounting dept. You are required to have DN/CM number from accounting dept.
3. Accounting dept. will study the account receivable (A/R) and account payable (A/P) before issue the number to you.
线粒体4. If there is no relate A/R or A/P to manage your request C/M or DN, the application of CM/DN will be rejected.
5. The lead time for opening C/M and D/N is one week after you have the number.
6. f you do not have specific dollar amount, you need to write down “under discussion” on the amount area.
7. After you have turn in C/M & D/N, you can always trace back to accounting dept. to learn the following up condition.

二维力传感器1. Trullion PD A tries to issue D/N to material supplier A. Supplier A does not have business with Trullion. Supplier is one of our factory material suppliers. In this case, material supplier A does not meet the condition to for us to issue D/N because there is no direct business between this material supplier A and Trullion.
