    随着社会的进步,社会生产力和科学技术不断发展,一方面,人类对建筑环境控制的能力已大大增强;另一方面,人类的生活日趋丰富多彩,这就要求从更高层次上能动地控制环境,以满足人们生活、工作、生产和科学实验等活动过程对室内环境不断提出的新要求。在此背景下,针对多变的内外环境因素干扰,侧重于改善建筑内部热湿环境和空气品质的暖通空调技术也逐步形成和发展起来。而设计一项节能、环保、舒适的中央空调工程是很有实际意义的。
