摘要：该工程具有浓重的藏式风格，屋面防水等级为ⅱ级。主要功能为办公、教学、住宿及附属配套设施，其作用是在中共中央统战部的直属领导下，培养藏传佛教活佛的高级专业学院。总建筑面积化学建材15910m2。屋面采用挤塑板保温，防水层为3+3 sbs防水卷材防水层，本文介绍了该工程屋面防水施工技术。
