smartdrvMr Nelson has a smile as wide as the Mississippi River. He is always laughing and telling jokes. When I go past his house, he shouts out, "Hi, cool guy!”
When a kid in the street has a birthday he puts a present in their letterbox.
Sometimes Mr Nelson has a street party and gives all the kids green ice cream.

Mrs McFee is very fussy. Her handbag and shoes are so shiny you can see your face in them.

Down the road he went with the tent blowing along like a giant flag.
And there I was in my pink sleeping bag!
A girl in my class went by with her mother. She saw me in that pink sleeping bag with the fairies on it!
Then Dad laughed. So I did too. That Uncle Al, he is crazy!

We had our first soccer practice today. Mrs Maloney's hair is red now. She made us run up and down the field until I thought my legs would snap. Then she made us do20 press-ups! I couldn't even do ten. But Mrs Maloney did 30 and she wasn't even puffed!
