基于ERP的物流管理系统研究

摘要

进入21世纪以来，经济全球化的趋势日益增加，信息技术的发展极为迅速，市场环境发生了根本性的变化。物流是当前企业最重要的竞争领域，是企业降低成本、缩短交易时间、提高经济效益的重要手段，是企业的“第三利润源泉”。我国企业的物流管理日益复杂，改善管理、提高企业物流的经济效益对于发展具有重要意义。企业资源计划(ERP)系统体现了当今先进的企业管理思想，对企业的物流管理系统建设具有指导作用。

文章从物流管理的定义和内容入手，逐步阐述了物流管理的现状及作用，进一步讨论了基于ERP的物流管理系统，指出了ERP与物流管理系统建设之间的联系，并对基于ERP的物流管理系统进行分析、设计。

Abstract

Into the 21st century, as the growing trend of economic globalization and rapid development of information technology, the market environment has undergone fundamental change. Logistics is the most important business area of competition and it’s an important means of reducing the company costs,shortening trading hours and improving economic efficiency, Logistics is called the company's "third profit source." For China's increasingly complex business of logistics management and great management improvement, improving the economic benefits of logistics is of great importance for development. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system embodies the thinking of today's advanced enterprise management, it’s has a guiding role in building the enterprise logistics management system.

In this paper, it starts from the definition and content of logistics management and gradually explains the status and role of logistics management, it points out the links between ERP and logistics management system construction and also it analysises and designs the ERP-based logistics management system.

加投入，引入先进的管理理念和思想，引进先进的管理系统，实行信息化管理，才能在竞争中立于不败之地。

在大市场环境的信息化管理的发展进程中，企业资源计划ERP成为众多企业优化资源配置、提高物流管理的水平、提升自身竞争力的选择，它为企业的信息化建设提供了全面集成的解决方案。企业能否成功实施ERP是其管理水平能否和国际接轨的标志。
