[摘要] 韩国目的 对盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的无菌检查方法进行探讨，建立其无菌检查方法。 长沙市基础教育管理平台书目文献出版社方法 按《中国药典》（2010年版）附录ⅪH无菌检查方法进行。 南广学院图书馆结果 在验证条件下，该方法能消除对微生物生长的抑制作用。 结论 可以采用此法对本品的无菌进行检查。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss and establish the sterile examination method of levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection. Methods The test were done according to appendix XIH-sterile examination method in"Chinese Pharmacopeia"（2010 edition）电子产品世界. Results The method could eliminate the inhibition of microbe growth under the validation condition. Conclusion This method can be used for the sterile examination of levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection.
