来氟米特联合糖皮质激素进展性IgA肾病的效果及对VCAM—1水平的影响 目的 探讨来氟米特联合糖皮质激素进展性IgA肾病的效果及对VCAM-1水平的影響。方法 选取2015年3月～2017年1月在我院进行的108例进展性IgA肾病患者作为研究对象，根据就诊时间的不同分为组与对照组，各54例。组采用来氟米特联合糖皮质激素进行，对照组采取强的松龙进行，结束后记录两组患者效果、血清等检测指标、不良反应情况。结果 组后的总有效率为92.59%，高于对照组的75.98%（P＜0.05）；组后的尿蛋白含量、血清血蛋白含量、血清肌酐酸含量、肾小球滤过率、VCAM-1含量趋于正常值，与前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组后的尿蛋白含量、血清血蛋白含量、血清肌酐酸含量、肾小球过滤率、VCAM-1含量比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；组的总不良反应发生率为18.52%，对照组的总不良反应率为24.07%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 来氟米特与糖皮质激素联合进展性IgA肾病的效果良好，更有助于进展性IgA肾病患者的自身健康恢复，能明显降低VCAM-1水平，值得在临床上大力推广，具有显著医学价值和研究意义。 中国女性人体>我在美国当市长助理
