基于B/S结构的会议室预约系统
摘要
多功能会议室管理系统是以计算机网络技术、数据库技术和信息管理系统技术等为依托而设计开发的信息管理系统,旨在对会议室的信息进行针对性分类和管理,实现管理系统化,信息化,高效化。 本论文主要介绍了多功能会议室管理系统会议室信息模块的分析、设计、开发和测试的全部过程。运用流程图、ER图、用例图和测试用例表等对系统的设计过程进行详细说明。系统采用B/S 开发模式,采用ASP.NET开发环境,开发语言选择C#语言,后台选用ACCESS Server 2005。会议室信息模块主要包括 系统管理员界面的用户友好设计、会议室以及用户信息的分类管理、后台管理员工作流程的设计,确保会议室信息能够被高效、安全的查询和利用。
本系统最终实现了对会议室信息的科学分类存储和利用,提高了会议室信息管理工作效率。系统的整体框架也适合以后的功能

The system of management of multi-function meeting room is using the technology of computer network, database and information system, aiming at targeted classifing and managing the information of meeting room, to achieve systematic management, information technology and efficient.

This paper mainly describes the whole process of analysis, design, development and testing of the system. With the flow diagram, ER diagram, using case diagram, and test cases form, this paper describes the detail of the design of the system. The system uses the B/S pattern as the development pattern, ASP.NET as the development environment, C# as the development language,
and ACCESS Server 2005 as the Database. The meeting information combination includes several parts such as the user interface design, the classified management of the meeting room and users information and the design of workflow of administer, which making the whole system become efficient and safe.
The system finally realizes the high working efficiency of management of the meeting room information. The function of the main frame can be extended and upgraded easily in the future.
