T echnical Specification for Bucyrus 495HD Shovel
一、主要技术要求说明\ General
1.1 本技术规格适用于内蒙古中电投蒙东能源集团公司煤炭事业部白音华露天煤矿提供铲斗为50M3的机械正铲挖掘机用于原煤生产、剥离使用。它提出了该设备的功能设计、结构、性能、安装和试验等方面的招标技术条件和技术要求。
This specification is applicable for CPI Mengdong Energy Group. Co. Ltd. - Baiyinhua Surface Coal Mine, for the 50m3 shovel on coal or strip. And this specifications and technical requirements offers the respects of function design, structure, performance, erection, commissioning and etc. for the bid.
1.2本技术规范及主要技术要求是最低限度的技术要求,并未对一切技术细节作出详细规定,也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文。卖方应提供符合本技术规范和有关工业标准的优质产品及其相应服务。
This specifications and technical requirements are the lowest requirements, and not giving all definitions on technical details. The Supplier should offer good product and services that suit for this technical specifications and relative industry standard. In addition, the product should meet the main requirements of relative safety and environment protection criterion.
1.3 设备的设计、制造、包装、运输、验收应遵循相应的最新国际标准。
To the equipment, the design, manufacturing, package, transportation, acceptance should apply to the latest international criterion.
1.4 设备供应保证买方不会因使用卖方国际公司所提供的设备而受到第三方的关于专利、商标等其它知识产权的侵犯的投诉。
The Supplier should guarantee that, after the Purchaser ordered the machine, there is no copyright or trademark problems would affect the Purchaser in future.
1.5 卖方国际公司提供的设备、附件、备品备件、外部油漆等材质必须满足本地区所处地理位置、环境条件的要求,如:环境温度影响等。
The equipment, attachment, spare parts, painting etc that Supplier offer should meet the requirement of Purchaser’s geography location, environment conditions, for example the temperature.
1.6在合同签订后,买方有权提出因标准、规程和规范发生变化而产生的修订要求,具体事宜由买方与卖方国际公司共同协商解决。
After the contract signed, the Purchaser has the right to raise modification requirement because of the changing of standards, rules and criterion. Specified issue shall be negotiated between Bucyrus International and the Purchaser.

2.2 物料特性\ Feature of materials
2.2.1松散砂层及软粘土层段:抗剪强度φ值为25°,C值为0.015MPa。
Loose rocky sand and claypan: shear strength φ is 25°, C value is 0.015MPa.
2.2.2棕红粘土层段:抗剪强度φ值为33°,C值为0.05MPa。
Brown claypan: shear strength φ is 33°, C value is 0.005MPa.
2.2.3碎裂结构岩体:碎裂段即煤系强风化带岩体,抗压强度1.56 MPa。
Cracking structure rock: cracking section is coal strong weathering rock, compress strength is 1.56 MPa. 2.2.4层状块裂岩段:本层为风化带以下的全部煤系地层,由泥岩、砂岩及煤层组成。其中泥岩占70%,厚度大,抗压强度在1.56-9.60MPa之间。小丑快递
Layer cracking rock section: this layer is below coal strong weathering rock, constituted by mudstone, sandstone and coal seam. About 70% of mudstone. Pressure resistance is between 1.56-9.60MPa.
2.2.5煤层抗压强度:在1.96-22.2 MPa之间。
Pressure resistance between coal seam: 1.96-22.2 MPa
2.2.6岩实体容重\ rock density:平均容重≤2.14t/m3
2.2.7岩松散系数\ rock loose factor:1.25-1.35

2.4设备在露天条件下使用,粉尘大。
Machine is running in a surface outdoor condition with lots of dust.
2.5配套自移式破碎机用于剥离。
Self-mobile crusher is used on overburden strip.

电气设备要符合以下标准:国家电气制造协会(NEMA)标准、钢铁工程协会(AISE)标准、美国国家标准协会(ANSI)、加拿大标准协会(CSA)和澳大利亚标准、DIN & IEC标准中相应的部分设计和制造的。
The electrical equipment supplied on seller’s surface mining machines is designed and built in accordance
with applicable portions of the National Electrical Manufactures Association (NEMA) Standards, the Association of Iron & Steel Engineers (AISE) Standards, the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Canadian standards Association (CSA), Australia Standards, DIN, & IEC Standards.低空空域管理改革指导意见
4.1.2各转动部件应当转动灵活,不得有卡阻现象。需润滑的部件应采用可靠而有效的润滑方式,密封良好,不得出现渗油和漏油现象;润滑方式采用集中自动润滑、半自动润滑、飞溅润滑以及永久润滑等,尽量减少人工润滑,并应充分考虑低温作业环境下能够正常工作。
V arious rotary parts shall be flexibly rotary, and cannot have the jamming phenomenon. The parts needed lubrication shall be lubricated in a manner of reliable and effective lubrication, the sealing is
good, and cannot have the oil permeating and leaking phenomenon. Principally the lubrication manner adopts the centralized automatic lubrication, semi-automatic lubrication, splash lubrication and permanent lubrication, and decreases the artificial lubrication as far as possible; it is fully considered that it can be normally working under a low-temperature working circumstance.
4.1.3各部位设计应考虑易于现场检修、更换,接近性好。设备易于磨损、腐蚀、老化或需要调整、检查和更换的部件应提供备用品,并能比较方便地拆卸、更换和修理。所有重型部件,均应有便于安装和维修的起吊或搬运条件。
The design of various positions is easy to access for repair and replacement. As to the parts of the equipment, which are easy to wear, corrode and ageing, and need routine inspect and replacement, it shall supply the stand-by parts, and they are more conveniently to disassemble, exchange or repair. As to all heavy type parts, it shall have the hoisting and hauling conditions in convenient for installation and repair.
4.2材料和检验\ Materials and inspection
所有钢结构、焊接件(大臂、铲斗、底盘、履带支架、回转齿圈、回转平台等)的设计制造工艺,不仅要符合国际有关技术规范、标准,而且应采用最新、最先进的技术以及优质、全新钢材,同时必须
考虑超低温作业环境下(零下40度)能够正常工作。结构件焊接时不应施加外力,全部焊接区域内应当结实、均匀、不得有凹陷、焊渣或剥落,焊接完成后,必须进行超声波非破坏性检验方法检验。
The design and manufacture technology of all steel structure and welded parts (large boom, arm, dipper, car body, crawler frame, swing rack, and rotating frame, etc) not only conform to the related international technical standards and specifications, but also adopt the up-to-date and advanced technique, as well as the high-quality and new steel materials, at the same time it must be considered that it can normally worked under the super-low-temperature operating circumstance (-40 C).The welding of the structure parts cannot exert the external force, within the entire welded area it is compact and uniform, cannot have the depression, slag or spall. After the welding is ended, it must conduct the inspection using the nondestructive inspection method, the inspection scope, method and results are submitted to the Purchaser for verification and further reference.
要求所有主要结构件的外层均采用抗寒冷天气冲击钢,满足零下-40度超低温作业要求。Bucyrus comply in the use of cold weather impact resistant steel in the outside skin plates of all main structures.
重要零部件,如齿轮、中心轴、上下环轨板及焊接结构件等,要求进行超声波或X光检测。As to the i
mportant spare parts, such as the gear, central pintle, upper and lower roller rail and welded structure parts, etc. that need UT or RT inspection, the inspection scope, method and results are submitted to the Purchaser for verification and further reference.
4.3外购配套件\ Purchased Parts:
选用优质名牌、节能、先进的产品,并有生产许可证及产品检验合格证。进口部件的安全标志和说明采用英文和中文两种文字书写。
