【篇二：过去进行时的用法】

过去进行时的用法 定义：表示过去某个时刻或某一阶段正在进行的动作。 构成： was/ were + 动词-ing构成。
用法：
1． 表示过去某个时间正在进行的动作。通常由表示过去某一刹那间的状语： at this/that time，at nine last night等连用。
①he was studying at this time last night.昨晚此时，他在读书。
②at seven this morning i was listening to the radio.
③the teachers were having a meeting from 9 to 10 this morning.今天上午9点至10点老师们在看会。
2．句中没有明确的时间状语，需通过上下文语境可以判断出是过去某时刻正在进行的动作。
