摘要：目的：探讨CD +

3、

CD +

4细胞亚与细胞因子IL-17水平在活动性转归中的诊断价值。方法：选取活动性患者60例设为实验组，前和6个月后检测患者CD +

3、CD +4细胞亚

及IL-17细胞因子，并对患者行痰菌检测，记录痰结核杆菌转阴率；选取同期体检健康者40例设为对照组，

检测其CD +

3、CD +

4与IL-17指标。对两组检测结果进行比较分析。结果：实验组患者外周血中CD +

3、CD +

4、IL-17水平在前均明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05）；6个月后，实验组患者外周血中CD +

4、IL-17水平高于对照组（P ＜0．05）。实验组患者中，6个月后有46例患者痰结核杆菌转阴（转归组），

14例患者痰结核杆菌未转阴（未转归组）；在前，转归组患者外周血中CD +

3、CD +

4、IL-17水平高于未转归组，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；6个月后，转归组患者外周血中CD +3、CD +4、IL-17水平明显高于未转归组（P ＜0．05）；实验组中患者CD +3、CD +4、

IL-17水平与其预后相关（P ＜0．05）。结论：CD +

3、CD +4细胞亚与细胞因子IL-单摆回复力

17水平动态变化可以显示患者免疫功能，可用于判断和了解活动性患者病情的变化，
