60950 4.5.1 条款,现在新版本 IEC60950_1:2005
――测试条件:
1)    在正常负载情况下,最小输入电压和最大输入电压测量
2)    室温。
    测量方法:
热电偶法和电阻法,一般是热电偶法。
――测量元器件:
1)原则:安全关键件和发热量大的器件(热电偶法)

公式说明:
Tmax依据见下表4B,4C;
Tamb依据热电耦测的当时的室温;
Tma依据电源模块给客户承诺的工作温度(如果电源有降额曲线,而且是线性的,取开始 降额使用的那点值)
――在这个公式中,决定温升是否合格的重要因素,    就是给客户承诺的电源的最高环境温度。
