摘 要
本人所做的毕业设计是根据北京东方化工厂丙烯酸甲酯的生产工艺流程规程所提供的相关数据,主要对丙烯酸分馏工段进行能量衡算,物料衡算及丙烯酸分馏塔及塔釜再沸器设备的选型计算。丙烯酸分馏塔设计的关键部分是对塔顶馏出液、进料液及塔釜液体在定性温度下混合液体的相关物性数据的确定。本人查了较多的计算手册并将其中比较精确的计算公式运用到毕业论文物性参数的确定上,为之后的设备计算夯实了基础。由于相关文献资料中所涉及的多组分精馏塔的设计比较少见,尤其是通过手算的方法,所以本设计是对多组分精馏塔手算法的一个比较好的补充。再者有关文献资料对再沸器的设计选型计算步骤描述的比较浅显,大多是对单一组分的物料进行加热或冷却,对发生相变的过程描述的不够详尽,不能根据其描述的方法设计出比较合适的再沸器。很难满足实际工业生产要求。所以本设计也是对加热多组分物料立式热虹吸再沸器设计的一个很好的借鉴。

The Design of Fractional Distillation of Acrylic Acid Section in the Process of Annual Production of Fifteen Thousand Tons of Methyl Acrylate
Abstract
电视互联网化 My related data of graduation design is according to the production process of methacrylate in Beijing eastern chemical plant,which mainly design fractionation section of acrylicon on energy balance,material balance and the equipment type selection of acrylic fractionating tower and tower kettle reboiler. It is the key part of designing for the fractionating tower of acrylic that is to confirm the relevant physical properties under the qualitative temperature about feed liquid,overhead fraction and tower bottoms. I find many handbook of chemical engineering calculation,and select some precise of calculatin
g formulas used to establish the date of physical property,which is greatest helpful to equipment calculation. Due to the design of multicomponent distillation is rare in related literature material, especially by hand calculation method, so this design is a good supplement for multicomponent distillation. Furthermore the description of calculation steps for reboiler is relatively shallow in relevant literature, which is mostly for heating or cooling single component material, and is not detailed about the process of phase change,and is difficult to design more appropriate reboiler according to its description method. It is not easy to meet the actual industrial production requirements. So this design is a good reference for vertical heated multicomponent materials heat siphon reboiler design .
