It has different characteristics in pharmacokinetics、pharmacodynamics and clinical treatment with benzodiazepine.This paper discusses the structure, physical and chemical properties、the discovery process, the structure-activity relationship, and pharmacological and pharmacokinetics characteristics of Eszopiclone.
