Pot Experiment of Tea Seedling Breeding

Abstract:According to the biological characteristics of tea,the pot experiment of tea seeding cultivation was carried out in the unfavorable growing area of tea plants.Tea seedlings were breeded with softwood cuttings of six tea cultivars in the indoor microenvironment,where the humidity of indoor air was measured from 80 to 90%,the temperature 20~26 degrees,light intensity about 2000lx,at the same time,we used the solution of monopotassium phosphate(pH=5.2)to regulate the pH of the substrate,and maintained the pH value of substrate around 5~6 in the late stage of cultivation.The test results were showed that the survival rate of two tea varieties including Pingyang tezao and Yuyan 06 reached about 50% after 90 days,and they were growing well.
