Such institutions can undertake the task legally and compliantly， the premise of issuing the data and results which has proof function to society is that they must pass “Double Certification” （Accreditation of inspection and testing institutions， Assessment of agricultural product quality and safety testing institutions）. This article introduces the specific preparation and on-site assessment of the “Double Certification” of Yueyang Agricultural Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Center， and puts forward some suggestions for the "Double Certification" of the comprehensive agricultural product quality inspection agency on their own experience.
