本论文是阐述了1000T海监船的设计。（小4号宋体，300字左右）
海监船主要是完成海上执法、海洋调查和环境监测等任务的工作平台，也是履行维护海洋权益、海域使用管理和海洋环境保护职能不可或缺的重要工具。为更好地适应新形势下履行海洋权益维护、海洋执法监察和海洋监测调查职能的迫切需要，海监船一期工程建造时，国家海洋局就对海监船二期工程建造工作进行了部署，中国海监总队组织对二期工程进行了深入调研。 设计阶段首先是对设计方案进行论证,方案论证的依据主要是设计任务书、母型船的资料和相关的规范。
确定了新船的主尺度之后，接着是进行总布置设计，型线设计，并对其性能作出分析论证。
本文从主尺度设计、总布置设计和型线设计三个方面论述了设计船体的设计。主尺度论证中确定船舶的长、宽、型深及吃水等；之后进行总布置设计，包括甲板、舱室、楼道及舾装等方面的布置；最后，按照总布置的要求，设计船舶的横剖面面积曲线、半宽水线图、
横剖面图，并由型线图进行静水力计算，绘制出邦戎曲线，稳性横截曲线，静稳性曲线，动稳性曲线，进水角计算图和进水角曲线。
