摘要

Abstract
Introducing the competency model into the field of university student cadre management and establishing the student cadre competency model will be conducive to the establishment and innovation of management systems such as the selection and training of student cadres, and the improvement of the overall quality of college student cadres. This study intends to adopt the research paradigm of behavioral event interviews, taking Beilin Qingchun as an example, to study the competency model of college student cadres, aiming to explore the behavioral characteristics that directly affect work performance that are necessary for The role of student executives in the university. Student executive selection and training provides references and insights. The results show that the competence of young student executives at Beijing Forestry University's Bailing University generally reached a relatively good level. ached a good level, while learning ability And personal style only reached a general level. For this reason, this article proposes countermeasures such as perfect system guarantee, emphasis on selection prerequisites, scientific training, and effective incentives.
