飞机维修人为差错分析及解决方法研究
摘  要
随着飞机的诞生,航空维修也随之出现。航空维修是航空工业的物质基础,飞机维修的质量决定了飞机的安全性和可靠性。飞机主要由人维护,人的因素直接影响航空维修的质量,因此加强航空维修中人的因素的研究具有重要意义。
从历史上看,50年前飞行事故的主要原因是航空技术不完善、飞机设备不可靠、工作失效等技术因素。由于航空技术发展,飞机设备功能完备性、可靠性发生了巨大的变化。飞机设备失效而造成的飞行事故大大减少了,相比之下,人为因素成了当今飞行事故的主要原因。显然,这必将促使人们为提高航空安全水平的努力焦点转到人为因素。
本文介绍了人为因素的定义,为什么要研究人为因素,分析航空维修中的人为因素,根据性质进行分类,以及其表现形式。举例由相关人为因素造成的事故,根据reason模型分析了事故原因。同时介绍了如何预防人为差错以及如何管理。最后提出了完善航空安全体系的建议,提高航空运输业的安全性。

ABSTRACT
With the birth of aircraft, aviation maintenance also appeared. Aviation maintenance is the material basis of aviation industry, the quality of aircraft maintenance determines the safety and reliability of aircraft. Aircraft is mainly maintained by human, human factors directly affect the quality of aviation maintenance, so it is of great significance to strengthen the research on human factors in aviation maintenance.

Finally, some Suggestions are put forward to improve the aviation safety system and improve the safety of the aviation transportation industry.
