购煤常见基本条款与要求

3. Price adjusment:
1) If the actual Gross Calorific Value(GCV) is higher or less than 6300Kcal/kg, bonus or penalty shall be applied prorate as follows:
Bonus or Penalty = {[Actual Calorie Value(adb) – 6300] /6.300} X FOBT MV Price

2) Total moisture: for each percentage point in excess of 12% until 14%, the invoice weight shall be caculated as per follows:
Invoice Weight = Certificate of weight X (1-（Actual TM - 14%）)
总水分：在12%到14%间，每超过一个百分点，发票上的重量应该按下面公式计算： 发票规定的重量=证书重量X[1-（实际总水分-14%）]
3) Total Sulphur: in the event actual Total Sulphur is above 0.8%, the price per MT shall be reduced by USD0.3 per MT for each 0.1%,
the adjustment formula as per follows:
Penalty Total Sulphur = (Actual Total Sulphur -- 0.8%) X 100/0.1 X USD0.3
总硫：如果实际总硫高于0.8%，每公吨的价格应该按含硫量每超出0.1%减少0.3美元，价格调整的公式如下：
总硫的处罚=（实际总硫-0.8%）X100/0.1 X0.3USD
4．Inspection: CCIC Indonesia or SGS at loading port , CIQ at discharging port.
检验：上货点的印尼的CCIC(中国商品检验公司，原称是中国进出口商品检验总公司)或者在上货点的SGS（Societe Generale de Surveillance S.A. 的简称，译为“通用公证行”。其总部在瑞士的日内瓦，中国分支机构叫“通标标准技术服务有限公司”）电耗
，卸货点的海关CIQ(出入境检验检疫局)。 5．Payment: 100% at sight, irrevocable, non-transferable. 90% against shipping documents and quality certificate at loading port, 10% against CIQ documents at discharging port.
付款：100%可见，不可更改，不能转让。90%以上货点的船运文件和质量确认为依据，10%以卸货点的CIQ文件为依据。
6. Loading rate: 8000MT PWWD SHINC
装货率：装载率是8000公吨每晴天工作日（节假日、星期天包括在内）
7．Other terms to be mutually agreed.
