We accept TÜV Rheinland to send inspectors to visit the assigned factory to confirm this statement without prior notice.
我们同意德国莱茵公司，在事先不通知的情况下，指派工厂检查人员，赴厂证实以上所述无误。
We confirm and acknowledge that any production of products affix TÜV Rheinland test mark(s) is prohibited, unless, the factory inspection of shipment control of assigned factory has been performed by TÜV Rheinland.
我们明确的了解到，在此之后生产、制造任何跟德国莱茵授权标识有关之产品将被严格禁止，除非上述之工厂，再次被德国莱茵公司执行过工厂或产品出货检查。
In order to maintain a qualified series production of TÜV Rheinland approved products, we agree to fill out a Notice of Production/Shipment分子量测定 as provided by TÜV Rheinland, completed and signed, then return it to TÜV Rheinland at least 14 working days prior to production/shipment of TÜV Rheinland approved products.
为了确保维持一良好的生产制造系统，以符合生产德国莱茵公司认证产品的要求，当有生产德国莱茵公司认证的产品并准备出货时，我们同意提前十四个工作日通知德国莱茵公司，填写一份由德国莱茵公司所提供的产品生产及出货通知书，在填写完毕后加以签名，然后将此份通知书寄回给德国莱茵公司。
We understand that shipment of the above products without notice or inspected and granted by TÜV Rheinland will cause unexpected consequences, we, the licenseholder, therefore, will be responsible for it, and abandon any protests.
我们清楚的知道，上述之产品在没有通知或经过德国莱茵公司检查通过，而迳行出货，将导致不可预期的后果，对于此种后果之发生，我们证书持有者愿负一切的责任，并放弃任何形态的抗辩。
The validity of this declaration is one year.
