双螺旋输送机的设计

摘要
路易十四时代随着现代科学技术的日益发展,螺旋输送机的应用也越来越广泛。物料从进料口加入,当转轴转动时,物料受到螺旋叶片法向推力的作用。该推力的径向分力和叶片对物料的摩擦力,有可能带着物料绕轴转动,但由于物料本身的重力和料槽对物料的摩擦力的缘故,才不与螺旋叶片一起旋转,而在叶片法向推力的轴向分力作用下,沿着料槽轴向移动。

本设计以为湿式混凝土喷浆机输送物料为背景,对此工况下所要求的螺旋输送机结构进行设计与计算,对整个装置中的传动系统进行了结构设计及对物料的运动力学分析;对其驱动装置做了深入设计;并着重对其主要零部件进行了具体设计,包括螺旋输送机的螺旋直径,螺距,轴径进出料口,叶片形式,电动机和减速器的计算选型。
电动机是通过螺旋输送机的功率来计算选型的。减速器采用摆线式针轮减速器,通过输入、输出转速和电机的功率选型的。

With the growing of modern science and technology development, application of the screw conveyor is more and more widely. When the material was added to the inlet orifice, and the shaft rotated, the materials was given the thrust by the helicallobe. The thrust of the radial contribute to the material and blade the friction, it is possible that the materials could rotate around the axis, but because of the gravity of the material and the friction which the silo acted, the material do not rotate with the helicallobe, it move along the axis of the silo by the thrust of the spiral blade .
For the mine industry background, which is required by the screw conveyor design and structure in this design. The entire device in the transmission system for the movement of mechanical and structural was designed. The design of its driving system and the specific design of its main parts, which is including the screw conveyor spiral diameter, pitch, the shaft diameter of inlet orifice, the calculation and selection of the shafts, the middle hoist and the spiral axis were carried out.
