[摘要]目的系统评价Ki67基因的表达水平与胃癌淋巴结转移的相关性。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献和万方数据库中Ki6 7基因的表达 水平与胃癌淋巴结转移相关性研究，检索时间自数据库建立截止至2019年4月。2位研究者独立按照纳入 和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料1，采用Statal4.0进行M eta分析。结果 15项符合标准的研究共计1 482 例胃癌患者纳入分析。结果显示：Ki67基因阳性表达组与阴性表达组胃癌淋巴结转移率存在差异（〇R= 2.325, 95%C I:1.499〜3.606, P= 0.000) ;Ki67表达水平平均年龄<60岁对于提示淋巴结转移有统计学意 义（〇R= 2.829, 95 %C I:1.276〜6.272, P= 0.010)；大样本所得数据更加支持Ki67表达阳性组和阴性组
广东海洋大学学报与 胃癌淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义（OR= 1.755, 95%C I:1.086〜2.839, P= 0.000)；中国地区Ki67表达水 平对于提示淋巴结转移有统计学意义（OR=2.721，95%C I:1.767〜4.190, P= 0.000)。结论Ki67基因的 表达水平与胃癌淋巴结转移存在相关性，且存在地域、年龄等差异。

between the expression level of Ki67 gene and lymph node metastasis in PubMed,Embase,Cochrane,Web of Science,China Knowledge Network,Chinese Biomedical Literature and Wanfang Database.The search time was from the database establishment deadline to April 2019. Two investigators independently screened and extracted data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and performed meta-analysis using Statal4.0.
