多种CT后处理技术在周围型肺癌诊断中的应用重合林
作者：陈南来源：《中西医结合心血管病电子杂志》2014年第03期 【摘要】目的：探讨应用多种CT后处理重建技术在周围型肺癌诊断中的运用。方法：经手术病理证实的周围型肺癌，利用多种图像工作后处理软件重建分析肿块内部结构、边缘征象与临近组织关系的CT征象。结果：58什么是扩大内需例患者图像上均显示为肺内孤立结节（直径≤3cm），位于肺段或肺野周边部。结论：应用CT多种后处理重建技术可更好显示肿块内部、边缘征象特征及与临近组织关系的CT征象，为诊断提供更多信息，对肺癌CT诊断的正确率提高有重要价值。 【关键词】周围型肺癌；后处理技术；体层摄影术；X线计算机

[Abstract]Objective：To discuss the application of a variety of CT post-processing reconstruction techniques used in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Methods：For surgical pathology confirmed peripheral lung cancer，to use a variety of image post-processing software to analyze the CT features in bump internal structure，marginal signs and the relationship with adjacent tissue.Results学院：58 cases are shown in the image for isolated nodule in lung （diameter of 3 cm or less），located in the lung segment or lung peripheral units.Conclusion：The application of a variety of post-processing reconstruction CT technology can well display the CT features in bump internal structure，marginal signs and the relationship with adjacent tissue in order to provide more information for diagnosis.It is great value to improve accurate rate of CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
