[摘　要] 视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma ，RB)是婴幼儿最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤，严重危害患儿的生命及视

拉瓦锡之死功能，对其早期诊断和精准是相关学者共同追求的目标。本文就目前RB 诊断和的研究进

展进行综述。基因检测技术的进步有助于RB 的早期和精准诊断，同时RB 的方式也一直朝着提

高保眼率和减少并发症的方向发展。

视网膜母细胞瘤(r e t i n o b l a s t o m a ，R B)是婴幼儿最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤，占儿童恶性肿瘤的2%~4%，其发病率在全球范围内约为

1/20 000~1/15 000[1-2]，相当于全球每年新增患者

约9 000例，其中我国每年新增患者约1 100例[3-4]。

大侦探西门约95%的病例发生于5岁前，其中约2/3发生于2岁

前。单眼R B 约占75%，发病年龄在2~3岁；双眼RB 多在2岁前发病[1-2,5]。RB 的发病没有种族和性
