chieved without good anwhile, we might pain a lot once we become not unhealthy.

Hollow everyone,my Name topic of speech is health and fitness.
Nowdays,with the increasing of rhythm life , it is easy to overlook their own health and fitness, For various reasons, most of us are in a subhealth.Many disease shuld be found in the old,but in the yong. If you do not have a good body, others is impossible.So, We must pay attention to our own health.
Before I start my speech,I want to explain what is the health and fitness. Health refers to the condition of your body and how it functions, while fitness refers to your thought processes and emotions. The term ‘fitness’ also refers to your health but more so to your physical condition.
an old Chinese saying,“Health and fitness is wealth”.In order words,everything we own is based on good health and fitness.As loog as we are healthy,we can enjoy everything we wish and do everything we want,and it doesn't matter whether we have money.On the contrary,if we don't own health,nothing belongs to us ,for we are busy seeing doctors and taking medicine frequently.Losing health means losing everything.
But what shall we do so as to be healthy?First,we should have enough sleep,8 or 9 hours of sleep is needed for a person every night.Second,we are supposed to keep balanced diet.We should eat more vegetables than meat.Third,we need to do exercise at times.In the morning,we can do some running,and on weekends,we can go cycling.Friends,Let's try our best to be healthy,for health is of great importance for us all.For fitness, i think, we should combine the work with the entertainment,it can help us reduce the pressure.When we are in sad,we should learn to relax youself like listen to music,read book and sleep a while.Also ,making friends is good for our fitness
