摘要:本文基于对PQF三辊限动连轧管机组的基本构成及液压辊缝控制系统的控制方式的介绍和研究,通过对模型的构造以及现有PID控制器进行仿真,分析其在实际应用过程中的缺点,并提出改善方案,通过对智能控制算法的研究,通过利用单神经元及有监督的Hebb学习规则的智能控制算法等自适应调节控制系统弥补传统PID控制器在实际生产中的不足,提升液压辊缝控制系统的速度与精度,满足现代轧钢工艺的需求。蒋南翔

Abstract:Based on the introduction and research of the basic structure of PQF three-roll controlled continuous rolling pipe mill and the control mode of hydraulic roll gap control
system, this paper simulates the structure of the model and the existing PID controller. This paper analyzes its shortcomings in practical application, and puts forward the improvement scheme. Through the research of intelligent control algorithm, In order to improve the speed and precision of hydraulic roll gap control system, the adaptive control system, such as single neuron and intelligent control algorithm with supervised Hebb learning rules, is used to make up for the deficiency of traditional PID controller in actual production, so as to improve the speed and precision of hydraulic roll gap control system.
