上海南市区 摘 要：该研究以黄精为原料，进行热水浸提，采用正交设计试验优化黄精多糖的提取条件。在单因素试验的基础上，以提取时间、料液比、提取pH、提取温度为自变量，以黄精多糖提取率为考察指标，经过四因素三水平正交试验得出黄精多糖提取的最佳工艺条件。结果表明，提取黄精多糖的最佳优化条件为pH 7、料液比1∶20（g/mL）、提取温度 80℃、提取时间 2h，此时黄精多糖的提取率为8.925%。江阴市网上家长学校

Abstract：Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Polygouatum bulbs. Orthogonal design was employed to evaluate the

The optimum conditions were pH 7，solid-to-solvent ratio 1∶20（g/mL），extraction temperature 80℃，and extraction time 2h. Under these conditions，the yield of polysaccharides was 8.925%.
