【摘要】:黄芪是一种传统中药,为豆科多年生草本植物蒙古黄芪或膜荚黄芪的干燥根,性温,味甘,有补气固表,利尿托毒,敛疮生肌,益气补中之功效要用于食少便塘,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,子宫脱垂,慢性肾炎蛋白尿,糖尿病,创口久不愈合,是临床常用中药1
黄芪异黄酮主要以糖苷类型的分子形式存在于黄芪中, 但是其具有生物活性的部分主要是苷元2。为了建立一种体外生物转化黄芪异黄酮糖苷为黄芪异黄酮苷元的新方法, 采用纤维素酶水解70 %乙醇提取脱脂黄芪得到的异黄酮粗提物, 对比了水解前后两样品的异黄酮组成差异, 并测定了其清除DPPH 自由基的能力。结果表明: 纤维素酶能水解黄芪苷。纤维素酶处理以后的黄芪异黄酮糖苷混合物达到绝对大牌DPPH 自由基清除率高于未处理的黄芪异黄酮糖苷混合物3

Isoflavones occurred in radix astragali are mainly as glycosides. However, their bioactivities lie in the aglycones.Cellulase was used to convert isoflavone glycosides extracted fromdefatted soyean meal with 70 % ethanolinto the aglycones in this study. The compositions and antioxidant capacity of isoflavone extract before and after cellulase treatment were analyzed by HPLC and DPPH free radical scavenging test. The results sh
owed daidzin and genistin could be hydrolyzed into daidzein and genistein by cellulase. But the hydrolysis of malonyl daidzin and malonyl genistin could not be found. The concentration of cellulase treated radix astragali isoflavone extract for DPPH free radical scavenging rate was high than non cellulase treated radix astragali isoflavone extract.
