摘要
网络技术是20世纪90年代出现的一种新技术,是通信技术与计算机技术相结合的产物。网络技术的根本特征就是消除信息孤岛,它通过把互联网上分散的资源加工整合,使其融为有机整体,实现资源的全面共享和有机协作,提升用户使用资源的整体能力并按需获取所需信息。进入21世纪,网络技术得到迅速的发展和普及,被应用到了世界各行各业的发展中。在出版行业,网络技术也发挥着越来越大的作用。
女人的决策出版业是文化事业的重要组成部分,其发展水平的高低,体现着一个国家的文化实力和综合国力。除此之外,我国的出版业还担负着传承社会主义精神文明、宣传党的大政方针的重要任务。因此,出版业的健康发展,对于我国社会主义物质文明和精神文明的建设都具有重要意义。
改革开放30多年来,我国的图书出版业不断发展,然而它在获得较快发展的同时也遇到了许多挑战。随着信息技术的发展,人们的阅读也出现了极大的变化,个性化、多样化、海量化的需求向出版提出了严峻的挑战。同时,出版业自身的一些弊端也暴露出来:图书品种结构失衡,既不能满足广大读者的阅读需求,又造成恶性竞争;管理水平和生产效率低下,与市场化程度很高的其他行业相比,差之千里;营销理念和营销模式落后,没有形成合理的图书定价机制和有效的宣传机制,使图书不能有效快捷地流通到读者手中;复合型人才匮乏,无法为出版业的长久发展提供有效的智力支持。
新的历史条件下,我国图书出版业将逐步走向市场化,竞争将更加激烈。面对机遇和挑战,中国的出版业必须充分认识和分析自身存在的种种问题,并利用网络技术进行自我改造,为出版行业的发展寻新的的路径。
本文在研究分析了许多同行研究成果的基础上,侧重于从实践发展的角度,提出了利用网络技术发展出版产业的具体措施。概括起来说,就是利用网络技术为传统出版的发展寻新的突破口;同时利用网络技术大力发展独具特的网络出版,为出版寻求新的发展途径。全城热驾

Internet technology is a new technology which emerged in the 90 years of 20th century,it is the combination of Communication technology and computer technology . The fundamental characteristics of network technology is the elimination of information silos.By processing on the integration of distributed resources, it can melt the organic whole to achieve the goals of sharing resources and organic collaboration , enhancing the overall capacity of users to obtain the required information. In the 21st century, the rapid development and popularization of network technology make it be applied to all walks of life in the development of the world. The network technology is also playing an increasing role in the publishing industry.
Publishing industry is an important part of culture, whose level of development embodies a nation's culture and overall national strength. In addition, China's publishing industry is also charged with the important tasks of inheritance the socialist spiritual civilization and publicize the party's major policies. Therefore, the healthy development of publishing is very important for China's socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization .
China's reform and opening up has been over 30 years, the development of publishing industry has make constant progress. However, it also encountered many challenges.With the development of information technolog, people reading demands have been great changed.
Demand for personalized, diversified, abundant information make serious challenges to the publication. At the same time, publishing industry is also exposed some shortcomings: structural imbalance which not only can’t meet the readers’ reading demands,but also cause vicious competition. Compared with other industries which have high degree of market, management and production of China's book market are both inefficient, there is still a big gap between them. Philosophy and patterns of marketing are fall behind the western countries, which has block forming reasonable pricing mechanism and effective advocacy mechanisms of books.So that books can not efficiently and ffectivly flow to the readers. Under the new historical conditions, China's book publishing industry will gradually become market-oriented and the competition will become more intense. Facing the opportunities and challenges, China's publishing industry has to analyze the problems of its own fully and make the use of network technology to carry on self-transformation, finding new paths for the publishing industry.
This article summarizes the basis of the preceding analysis, focused on the development from the perspective of practice, proposed specific measures for the development of publishing industry by using network technology. That is to say, using the network technology to find a breakthrough develo
pment of traditional publishing. At the same time, make use of network technology to develop unique online publishing and find new paths for the publishing industry.
