只拣儿童多处行教学设计        摘 要:汽车在我们生活中扮演着越来越重要的角,汽车行驶不但要安全,而且还要省油。目前市面上的轿车制动器绝大部分都采用的是盘式制动器,盘式制动器不但制动平稳,而且散热性好,因此得到广泛应用。盘式制动器的工作原理是,当刹车踏板踩下后,制动液通过主缸、管路传递到刹车卡钳中(分泵),刹车卡钳中的活塞通过液压作用来实现对刹车片和刹车盘的夹持,从而产生制动力矩,使车辆减速或停车;当刹车踏板释放时,刹车卡钳中的液压随即释放,刹车片夹紧刹车盘的力也随即消失,车轮可以再次转动。普通刹车片要在刹车盘的旋转下分离,而带有回位弹簧的刹车片,可以迅速使刹车片回位。刹车片的主动回位不但对实车的拖滞力矩有降低,而且对刹车噪音、刹车抖动、刹车片寿命等也有一定帮助。因此带有刹车片主动回位结构的制动器也越来越多。本文从一些市场调研的产品来看看,都有哪些刹车片回位结构。

        Abstract:Cars are playing an increasingly important role in our lives. Cars must not only be safe, but also fuel-efficient. At present, most of the car brakes on the market use disc brakes. Disc brakes not only brake smoothly, but also have good heat dissipation, so they are widely used. The working principle of the disc brake is that when the brake pedal is stepped on, the brake fluid is transferred to the brake caliper (sub-cylinder) through the master cylinder and pipeline, and the piston in the brake caliper acts on the brake pads and brake discs through hydraulic action. When the brake pedal is released, the hydraulic pressure in the brake caliper is released immediately, and the force of the brake pads clamping the brake disc disappears, and the wheels can turn again. Ordinary brake pads must be separated under the rotation of the brake disc, and brake pads with return springs can quickly return the brake pads.
