摘 要：采用文献资料法，归纳法，阐述了“运动竞赛信息化”的定义，解析了“科技奥运”理念的
提出对我国运动竞赛信息化建设的意义，认为2008年“数字奥运”目标的确立为我国运动竞赛
信息化的发展带来的机遇与挑战，应加快我国运动竞赛信息化建设，变革运动竞赛管理，宏观 上必须要变革运动竞赛管理理念，进行运动竞赛管理机构的调整，中观上要培养运动竞赛信息
化人才，微观上开发运动竞赛信息系统时要注意其价值性、成熟性、可靠性、安全性。

引言
进入21世纪，社会信息化建设的步伐正在逐渐
remoteadministrator加快，呈现出日新月异的趋势。潜移默化之中，也在
改变着我们的生活方式和思维方式。党的十六大报告明确指出:“信息化是我国加快实现工业化和现代化的必然选择”[1]国家在九五计划中期发展规划中，同样强调“加快国民经济信息化的进程”，这些无不显示了我国在社会经济发展过程中对信息化建设的重视。
