本文主要通过分析当前中国农村商业银行个人理财业务发展的现状、发展的新特点，并针对当前农村商业银行个人理财业务发展中存在的一系列问题，针对性制定出一些农村商业银行个人理财业务发展的对策与建议，以加快我国农村商业银行个人理财业务的发展速度，满足当前我国居民的理财需求。
